Overview of Staffing and Training

There is a wide range of professionals here, including directors, managers, medical staff (CNAs, nurses, med techs), and two doctors with offices on site. Each employee is required to complete the mandated state and company trainings/certifications as needed yearly.

Ensuring Resident Safety and Well-Being

Memory care is a secured community. Residents in personal care have neck pendants and emergency pull cords in each room with 24-hour staffing and oversight. Independent living also has emergency pull cords in the bathroom, and residents can purchase a neck pendant as well. Entrances to the apartment buildings are locked, and residents must have a key fob to get in, with guests being buzzed in by the front desk. The front desk is manned 24/7.

Resources and Support Services

We have a move-in coordinator who can assist and recommend different services we have vetted, including moving, packing/unpacking, and downsizing. For independent living, we have resident ambassadors to help new people find their way around and dine with them.

Transportation Services

Shopping trips every Tuesday and Thursday are included in the monthly fee. Medical transportation is available for $35 per hour within a seven-mile radius.

Dining Experience

In personal care and memory care, three meals a day are included. Residents order off a menu. Independent living features restaurant-style dining, and each resident has $400 of flexible spending built into their monthly fee to use in any dining venue in any way they want. We serve a light breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can put a work order in via the front desk, put it in writing, or come see any of us to let us know what the problem is. We can try to resolve it or push it through to the right department head. The Executive Director is also available to address any concerns. We provide each resident with a communication document for state and government agencies with contact numbers prior to moving in.

Cost of Living

The cost depends on where you are living: independent, personal care, or memory care. In independent living, pricing ranges from $2595 for a studio up to $4495 for a 2 bed/2 bath (single occupancy). Personal care ranges from $4800 up to $8000. Memory care is $6400 for a companion suite and $7400 for private accommodations.

We communicate with families via email and USPS.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available in 30-day increments up to 90 days. Costs range from $6800 or more depending on the care level.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time $500 fee per pet.

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community.
