Bellevue Assisted Living is a locally owned and operated facility in the Bellevue Community on Graham Rd. just off of Hwy. 98 west and behind “Old Tyme Farmer’s Market”. We are a new, single-story facility including 40 spacious studio suites. Each suite includes two closets, private bathroom with large, easy access shower with seat, personal heat/AC units as well as Direct TV and WiFi package.

Pricing Structure

Our pricing structure is simple with only one three price levels which are used as needs tend to increase with age or progression.

• Private Studio - $3600
• Level 1 + $500 ( $ 4,100 )
• Level 2 + $600 ( $4,700 )
• Community Fee - $500 (one-time fee)
• Companion Fee - $700
• Furniture can be rented for $100 per month

All Pricing Includes:

• Housekeeping
• Personalized laundry service
• Furnished bath linens
• Satellite TV service
• Planned activities and outings
• Restaurant style dining to include 3 home style meals each day
• Coffee and snack bar
• Free WiFi
• 24-Hour staff to assist as needed with showering, toileting and/or dressing and grooming.
• Nurse on duty daily and on call at night
• Medication management or assistance
• Help with scheduling appointments
• In-house physical, occupational and speech therapy
• In-house salon services
• Security to include keypad entry and exit as well as cameras throughout the building
• Memory Care for residents non-disruptive, non-violent tendencies, non-flight risk

Additional Care Levels

*level 1 - will be added to residents that require an extra level of care normally due to dementia progression and requiring frequent redirection, toileting reminders, afterhours med management, wandering oversite but not disruptive.

*level 2 – will be added when incontinence issues require extra - clean-ups, laundry, showers, bathroom cleaning, or 2-person assist is needed for transfers to toilet, showering, dressing, etc., or personal assistance is required at meal time including feeding assist, or watch care while eating in their room.
