Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our clinical team is comprised of Caregivers, Certified CNA's, Med Techs, and we have an RN available 5 days a week along with a Resident Care Coordinator. New team members receive training under the guidance of our seasoned staff, and are trained in CPR and Dementia care from the start. We also conduct monthly group trainings.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We utilize a pendant system for residents to signal for help, and conduct regular checks—every hour in Memory Care and every 2-6 hours in Assisted Living, tailored to each resident's needs. Individualized Care Plans are in place to ensure daily assistance and safety.

Transition Support Services

We offer a "welcome wagon" to help new residents settle in, featuring a red carpet welcome and introductions to current team members and residents. Additionally, we collaborate with Home Health SSW/Chaplains/Bishops for further support.

Transportation Services

Complimentary transportation is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for doctor appointments within a 15-mile radius. We also organize multiple weekly outings for shopping and entertainment.

Dining Experience

Our dining is like a restaurant, offering three homemade meals daily with a variety of choices, served by our culinary team led by Chef Paul. Residents can also reserve a private dining room for special meals. We invite you to join us for a complimentary lunch and tour.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Any complaints or issues are promptly addressed by our Executive Director or Nurse to ensure swift resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our Executive Director is the main point of contact for residents and their representatives, keeping them informed about community happenings and their loved ones' well-being.

Updates on Residents' Well-being

Care plans are reviewed every six months or as requested by the family, with consistent updates provided by our nurse/clinical team regarding any medical changes.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not offer short-term or respite stays due to full occupancy and the lack of a model room. Our rent is on a month-to-month basis.

Pet-Friendly Community

Cats are welcome in the Assisted Living area with a $250 pet deposit and a $75 monthly fee, provided that residents and families maintain cleanliness to prevent odors.

Availability and Waitlist

While we do have a waitlist, we currently have 3 Studio Deluxe apartments ready for immediate move-in on the Assisted Living side, featuring beautiful balcony views and one with a patio leading to a waterfall garden courtyard.
