Types of Professionals and Training

We have licensed LPNs and certified CMAs and CNAs. They undergo a thorough orientation and training program, and complete all state-required updates.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We provide regular check-ins and have emergency pull cords and a pendant/wristbands to request assistance.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

We host new resident orientation and all staff greet new residents. We also have Lifestyle Directors who encourage participation in activities.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Residents eat at linen-covered tables in our dining room and order off menus. There are uniformed servers that take their orders and service their tables.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can address it with staff and/or our Executive Director. They can escalate it to corporate if needed. We also have resident council meetings monthly.

Cost of Living

It varies by Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Several apartment options are available.

Communication with Residents' Families

We contact them regarding incidents, behaviors, falls, emergency services, major changes in condition. They are always welcome to call with any questions.

Yes, we do offer short-term or respite stays. Cost varies by service.

Independent Living

Our Independent Living apartments offer chef-prepared dining, daily activities planned around our residents’ interests, scheduled transportation to and from shopping and appointments and a variety of social outings.

Our pet-friendly community also offers washer/dryer hookups and housekeeping services, plus apartment maintenance, allowing you to have the freedom to pursue the lifestyle you enjoy.

Our Assisted Living community is in a residential environment with care close at hand. We offer 24-hour support and 24-hour access to care; however, privacy and independence are encouraged. A personalized care plan is created to meet medical needs of each resident, while providing the freedom to continue to be independent. Bellarose offers convenient dining options as well as medication management, daily assistance, transportation and common areas for social and recreational activities.
