Our facility is staffed by a diverse team of professionals who undergo rigorous training upon hiring and annually. This includes in-services about policies, procedures, and expectations, particularly with our nursing team, to ensure high-quality care and service.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by conducting thorough assessments upon admission. This allows us to identify any safety concerns and implement appropriate interventions.

Transition Support Services

Our Social Services team is available to assist residents with the transition back to their homes, providing necessary resources and support to ease this process.

Transportation Services

While we do not directly offer transportation services, some insurance plans may cover the cost of transport for our residents.

Dining Experience

Residents are served breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their rooms. They have the option to select their meals or enjoy the daily offerings from our kitchen.

Handling Complaints and Issues

Residents can report complaints or issues by filling out a form, which is then forwarded to our administrator for follow-up and resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with the families of our residents, updating them on any changes in condition, new medications, lab results, and other pertinent information on an as-needed basis.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community welcomes pets, provided they have up-to-date vaccinations, are leashed at all times, and do not cause disturbances such as barking.

Vaccination Services

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community. Family members can provide us with vaccination information for inclusion in their hospital records.

Aging in Place

While we strive to allow residents to remain in their rooms, we reserve the right to move residents as necessary. Any potential moves are communicated with the family first to discuss all available options. Currently, we do not have a waitlist for room changes.
