Bell Trace: Bloomington's Unique Senior Community

Bell Trace is the only locally-owned senior community in Bloomington. We also are the only one that offers Independent and Assisted Living in one building along with separate rehab and long-term skilled nursing facility. Our senior living community features 17 different sizes of apartments ranging from 320 sq ft to 1200 sq ft. In the price range you are looking at we have studio apartments, and two different sizes of one-bedroom apartments. Availability varies according to the type of apartment/cottage you desire. Studio apartment availability is usually 4-6 weeks. The small one-bedroom apartments would likely be 6+ months. It is not uncommon for residents to move into a studio while waiting for a larger one-bedroom apartment.

Services Included in the Monthly Fee

• Monthly meal plan: Residents receive a monthly meal credit of $350 for use in our Bistro. Residents order from the menu and the cost of the meal is deducted from their meal credit. A receipt lets residents know their balance at all times. Meal credit can also be used for entertaining friends & family. We serve 3 meals a day six-days per week and brunch only on Sundays. Additional Personal Services

Our Independent Living building offers residents the ability to add personal services when, and if they need them. Residents can have both scheduled assistance like medication reminders & showers OR un-scheduled assistance like help up from a chair/mobility assistance. These services are an additional fee.
