Round the Clock Nursing Assistance

As a Long Term Care Nursing Home, we have around-the-clock nursing assistance available.

Therapy Services

Therapy is available as well, with services in Physical, Occupational, and Speech.

Activities and Daily Services

Activities are available on a daily basis. We provide dietary needs, laundry services, and transport to outside specialists when appropriate.

Medical Staff

There is an attending physician and a Nurse Practitioner for in-house patients.

Care Services

We provide swingbed services, long-term care, and hospice services in collaboration with contracted companies.

Vaccinations

We offer vaccinations for Influenza, Pneumococcal, and Covid.

Social Services

Social services are available to our patients. They coordinate with the family to conduct the care plan meetings where an overview of the patient's plan of treatment and medical conditions are reviewed. Social workers also help listen to patient's concerns and assist with transitions back out into the community.

Meal Options

Patients are encouraged to go to the dining hall for meals, but we will also serve in the room if that is the patient's choice.

Pet Visitation

Pet visitation is allowed but requires a current vaccination record provided and needs to be supervised.

Room Availability

We currently only have shared rooms available and will require a referral packet of information to review for possible acceptance. Clinical and financial data is reviewed, along with the necessary steps to be taken.
