Application and Fees

To start the process, the prospective resident would come for a tour. If all parties are in agreement, an application would be filled out & submitted with a one-time, non-refundable service initiation fee of $1,000.

Once we offer an apartment and you/prospect accepts, a one-time, non-refundable community fee of $2,500 will be paid.

Our rent is on a month-to-month basis and includes two meals per day (three for assisted living), weekly housekeeping, emergency alert pendant, and a wide range of activities and exercise options. Assisted Living also includes medication management.

  • Cottages (1,400 Square Feet) $5,500

Assisted Living

  • Regular Studio (300 Square Feet): $5,556
  • Deluxe Studio (400 Square Feet): $5,755

Assisted Living Independent Second Person with two meals + $950 per month

Levels of Service and Care

  • LEVEL 1: Base rent plus additional $10.50 per day
  • LEVEL 2: Base rent plus additional $14.00 per day
  • LEVEL 3: Base rent plus additional $30.00 per day
  • LEVEL 4: Base rent plus additional $43.00 per day
  • LEVEL 5: Base rent plus additional $57.50 per day
  • LEVEL 6: Base rent plus additional $59.00 per day

New Assisted Living Resident Community Fee: $2,500

Residents are assessed when entering Assisted Living to determine the necessary level of service and care. As needed, residents are reassessed to determine any necessary changes.

Assisted Living Services Included in Base Rate:

  • Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Manager
  • Care staff on site 24/7
  • Central storage and assistance with prescription and over-the-counter medications
  • Full-time Resident Services Staff onsite
  • Availability of onsite inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, with physician and insurance approval
  • Preference for onsite skilled nursing facility
  • Lifeline personal emergency response system
  • Utilities, water, garbage
  • Three meals a day and availability of snacks
  • Housekeeping and linen service once a week
  • Activity, recreation, and volunteer programs
  • Scheduled transportation

Additional Services at Resident’s Cost:

  • TV cable service available via contract cable companies
  • Phone service
  • Bandage dressing changes $5 per day per dressing

We have numerous measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. These include regular safety drills, strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and a dedicated staff monitoring the premises 24/7.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer resources such as a hospitality committee and a quarterly Newcomer’s meeting. This roundtable event is attended by department heads and seasoned residents, providing a platform for questions and information sharing.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents, including local medical and dental appointments, shopping, and various outings. Please refer to the attached December drives for more details.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is highly praised, with all meals prepared onsite and served three times per day in a restaurant-style setting.

Resident Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents with complaints or issues can make an appointment with the relevant department head, leave a note in the suggestion box, or discuss their concerns with the Resident Association.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our Resident Services team is responsible for keeping families informed about their loved ones' well-being, especially if any issues arise.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are encouraged to obtain Covid and flu vaccinations through their primary care physician.

Residents are able to age in place with our continuum of care, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing rehabilitative care. We currently have a short waitlist of approximately 2-4 months.
