We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through comprehensive measures, including 24/7 on-site security, regular safety drills, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents' transition into our community, we offer an ambassador program connecting new residents with current ones. Alternatively, residents can opt for assistance from a home care company for 10-15 days.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for appointments within a 10-mile radius, ensuring residents can easily access medical care and other essential services.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style with open seating, offering two daily specials. For those who prefer something different, there are 10 other items always available.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can address any complaints or issues directly with the relevant department head or the Executive Director for prompt resolution.

Cost of Living

The starting rate for living in our community is $5500, varying based on the apartment's size and location.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication is restricted to the resident and their Power of Attorney (POA), primarily handled by our nursing team to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Due to high demand, we do not have a dedicated respite room available and tend to stay full.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets under 20lbs with a $300 pet deposit, ensuring our community feels like home for all residents.

Vaccination Availability

Covid and flu vaccinations are available in-house at certain times of the year, with schedules announced in advance.

Aging in Place

While our goal is to allow residents to age in place, we must comply with state regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.

Current Availability

We are on a waiting list for our Daukuskie and Beaufort models. However, we currently have availability in our Edisto and Ashley models.
