Our staff includes various types of professionals such as RCCs (Resident Care Coordinators), CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), and RAs (Resident Assistants). Each of these professionals undergoes an annual update for recertification to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and regulations.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-being of Residents

We have several measures in place to guarantee the safety and well-being of our residents including:

• Elopement Drills
• Fire Drills
• Evacuation Plan
• A generator large enough to run the whole building for 2 weeks

Yes, we offer resources and support services to aid residents during their transition into the community.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

The Dining Experience

Meals are portioned and nutritious, adhering to state requirements to ensure residents receive a balanced diet.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, they can go directly to the RCC or the admin office. Alternatively, it can be addressed at the Resident Council, which is held monthly.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed about activities and functions through social media. If there is a change in a resident's medications, the Wellness department will contact the family directly.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays.

• Respite stay for Assisted Living (AL): $175 per day
• Respite stay for Memory Care (MC): $200 per day

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. Pets must have current shots and be leashed. Large dogs are not allowed.

Availability of Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents can receive flu vaccinations within the community. However, COVID vaccinations are not currently available.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. At present, we do not have a wait list.
