Types of Professionals and Their Training

We have 24/7 nursing staff including LPNs and RNs, and QMAPs who are licensed to administer medications. Our facility also includes five-day-a-week physician rounding services and onsite PT/OT/Speech therapists. Our team has undergone formal training for assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, mobility, toileting, and medication administration.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community offers 24/7 concierge services, and all entrances require a key fob for entry except the front entrance, which locks in the evening and requires a team member for access. For residents' well-being, we have a Life Enrichment program offering adult education, fitness programming, live music, social events, art, and dining experiences.

Resources and Support for Transition

Residents are paired with ambassadors to help them acclimate and get introduced to the community. Leaders in the community provide one-on-one introductions and further support to ensure a smooth transition to community living.

Transportation Services

We offer a complimentary chauffeur service from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm within a 15-mile radius and valet services for family and guests.

Dining Experience

Our Assisted Living restaurant offers dining during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. There is a daily special and an everyday menu that changes quarterly. Dining service mimics a traditional restaurant, with servers taking residents' orders.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents can notify a nurse or Victor, the Director of Health and Wellness, about any issues. A 24/7 nurse line is available, and residents can also be directed to other leaders or the Executive Director for further assistance.

Cost of Living

The cost varies based on care level and apartment choice:

• Studios: Starting at $6,200
• One Bedroom: Starting at $11,880
• Two Bedroom: Starting at $13,500

Levels of care range from $450-$1,500 in Assisted Living, offered on a tiered basis.

Communication with Families

Residents are assessed before moving in and frequently thereafter to ensure they receive appropriate care. Families and emergency contacts are notified of any significant changes or emergencies immediately.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available, costing $350 per day with a minimum of 30 days stay.

We are a pet-friendly community.

Availability and Waitlist

There is no waitlist currently, but apartment availability is limited.

Healthcare Services

Our community offers COVID and flu vaccinations on-site. Residents can 'age in place' thanks to 24/7 nursing and physicians on duty.
