Staff and Training

We are an independent living community. We have assisted housing, but this is not assisted living.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have 24/7 front desk coverage, a camera system that covers all areas of the building and campus. We also have a Resident Services Coordinator who assists residents in locating and applying for additional services.

Transition Support Services

We have a Resident Services Coordinator who visits residents when they first move in.

Transportation Services

Group van trips, shopping, and special events, like restaurants, movies, museums, etc. We do not provide any individualized transportation, such as to doctor appointments.

Dining Experience

Our independent buildings provide a mandatory dinner meal Monday to Saturday, and our assisted housing provides breakfast supplies for apartment dining, a midday main meal 7 days a week, and an optional dinner meal for an additional $170/month.

Handling Complaints and Issues

Management staff is readily available to meet with the tenant.

Communication with Residents' Families

We typically deal with the resident, since this is independent living and our landlord-tenant lease is with them. However, with the tenant's approval, we can talk to the family, but we do not provide any routine family communication.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community for cats and small dogs.

Vaccination Clinics

Yes, we do occasionally have vaccine clinics run here by one of the local pharmacies.

Aging in Place

Yes, but residents need to do so with their own managed support. If they become a danger or disruption to the community, then they will no longer be allowed to stay.
