Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have 9 managers on staff. The Nurse is an RN who has been with Avanti for 5 years. We have weekly training for our staff in different aspects of taking care of seniors from fall prevention, dehydration awareness, to incontinent care, dementia training, and so on. Knowledge is power.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have monthly drills. The safety of our residents is our number one priority every day.

Transition Support Services

Highly suggest Home Health to all new residents. We are also known for our Certified Fitness Training, her name is Charlotte, and she is part of our management team. MIND/BODY/STRENGTH is our fitness program that she has 4 programs a day in AL and 3 programs a day in MC with exercising classes Monday-Friday. This is an amazing program that we get our residents involved to feel better and stay active.

Up to 15 miles radius of the community.

Dining Experience

We have a restaurant called “Taste” with a trained Chef. We have 3 hot delicious meals a day with menu choices, we also have snacks & drinks always available in the “Savor” Lounge with happy hour 7 days a week in the savor lounge.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We ask all family to direct their concerns and comments directly to our Executive Director, Mike or the Nurse, Tonya and they address all needs.

Cost of Living

Base rent for Assisted Living = $4,900 for small one-bedroom, $5,600 for Large One-bedroom and $6,200 for large 2-bedroom. Then you add levels of care needed to the base rent per month: i.e. Medication Management $500, Bathing/dressing/grooming $600, Incontinent hygiene care $600. Our Memory Care is all-inclusive at $5,700 and are all Private suites.

Communication with Residents' Families

We are an Assisted living & Memory Care community. We work with our residents daily. We have Care Plan meetings with the families.

Short-term or Respite Stays

No, we do not. We are a full community I have even rented out what was formally known as the Model room!

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, Both Cats & Dogs. Dog under 35lbs. the family must support full care of the animal.

Waitlist Information

Yes, in our Memory Care we are full and have 4 people on the wait list (40 apts.) In our AL (50 apt) we have a waiting list for our Large one bedroom and the 2 bedrooms. We currently only have 2 small 1- bedrooms apartment available.
