Availability and Waitlist
We have a waitlist for our independent living, currently with two people and a projected wait time of about 6-9 months. For assisted living, we have availability for a studio and one bedroom. Our memory care unit has one private suite available and one female shared suite available.
Pricing and General Information

Staff and Training
Our caregivers undergo mandated Relias trainings. Our med techs take a medication aide training, and our memory care unit staff receive dementia-related trainings in addition to our other Relias trainings.
Transition Support Services
We have an activities director who conducts one-on-one meetings with new residents to aid their transition into the community and encourages them to engage with the community.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 3:00pm, for doctor's appointments and outings.
Dining Experience
Our dining is restaurant style, allowing residents to choose their seating in the dining room. Our kitchen staff presents daily menu options, and an anytime menu is available for those who prefer alternative choices.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain communication with residents' families through designated contacts listed in our paperwork, ensuring they are promptly informed about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays at $200 a day with a minimum of three weeks.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community.
Vaccination Clinic
We host a shot clinic for flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Our community supports aging in place with independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.
