$500 deposit – refundable or applied to move-in fee

$750 apartment transfer fee (if applicable)

Additional Information

May qualify for in-person assessment by our Director of Nursing, RN. If any hands-on care is needed (example: medication management, personal care such as showering/toileting, etc.), recent doctor’s orders are required to assess resident’s needs and a la carte rates to ensure individualized resident care.
