Training and Competency
Our caregivers and med-aids go through a minimum of 20 hours of on-line training and at least a week of shadowing a seasoned caregiver while being reviewed for competency by their supervisor.
Medical Staff
We have a licensed RN on staff at our location 40 hrs a week.
Dietary Management
Our dietary menu is supervised by a licensed dietician from our home office. Our kitchen manager has over 20 years of food management experience.
Respite Care
We do not provide short stay or respite care at this time.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints are handled as they arise. Most often can be handled immediately and directly. Our Executive Director is very "hands on". Residents always have access to the Ombudsman if they do not feel they are being properly addressed.
Emergency Preparedness
We have emergency procedures in place should the need arise, including transportation and off-site housing. My executive director is part of an emergency task force with the fire department.
