Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do have a waiting list for our long-term beds. If you are interested in placing your loved one on our waiting list, I've included our Admissions Director, Marina, on this email. She would be able to assist you further.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Our room rates are: $380 per day for a triple bed occupancy room, $400 per day for a double bed occupancy room, and $430 per day for a single bed occupancy room.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

This facility employs multiple different types of staff. Our clinical staff includes: RNs, LPNs, CNAs/NARs. They have annual CEUs and federally mandated training that has to be completed. They also take CPR certification and other certifications as required by other governing bodies. Other ancillary staff include: Facility Administrator, Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Infection Preventionist, Business Office Manager, Admission Director, Social Services, Activities, Housekeeping Staff, Laundry Personnel, Medical Records, Dietary Staff, Central Supply, Maintenance, Staffing, Medical Director. All staff is required to have federally mandated training annually.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Our residents' safety is very important to all of us here. We ensure our doors are locked every evening until the morning for restricted access when there are limited staff in the building. We have a WanderGuard system on our entry points to protect residents who may be wander risks from wandering out the doors unsupervised. We have fall precaution protocols in place. The facility has excellent staffing ratios and very limited agency use so our staff has a vested interest in your loved one.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Our social services department works closely with our families and residents to set up community services and resources to make your transition back to the community as smooth and painless as possible. They are a wealth of knowledge and have many contacts.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

The facility currently does not have its own transportation van/bus, however, we are more than happy to assist you with filling out a dial-a-ride application or scheduling transportation on one of the many community transportation options.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We currently offer both in-room and dining room dining experiences. We encourage all of our residents to eat their meals in our dining room to get more of a social experience and make new friends during their time in our facility. We offer a pleasant dining experience with some light music in the background and a pleasing plated meal in our fine dining room.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

All of the managers in the facility have an open door policy. Families and residents are encouraged to come in any time and speak with any manager any time. We also encourage any resident or family member to fill out a grievance or concern form with their complaint or issue and turn it in to any manager. The form then gets formally addressed by the IDT where they discuss the problem, fix the process, and return with solution.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

All residents will have a care conference during their stay to discuss their care, goals, and discharge plan. This is a great time for families to ask questions, voice concerns, etc.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we do. If insurance does not cover this, the cost would be the private pay amount quoted above.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

We allow pet visits. We do require proof of rabies vaccination in order for the pet to visit, however.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we offer both vaccinations upon admission.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes. We do have a waiting list for our long-term beds. If you are interested in placing your loved one on our waiting list, I've included our Admissions Director, Marina, on this email. She would be able to assist you further.
