What is the cost of living at Elk Run?

Apartment Rate

Rates include basic services including room, meals, laundry, security, activities, and others as described in the resident agreement. Additional Levels of Care are provided for additional fees. Because Elk Run is configured in such a unique way, rents are determined on a room-by-room basis depending on size, view, and location in the building:

• Studio - $4,440 - $4,800
• Large Studio - $5,095 - $5,960
• One Bedroom - $6,495 - $6,650

Fee Schedule

• Reservation Fee: $500 - This fee is non-refundable and reserves your selected apartment for 30 days. A brief prescreening will be part of the reservation process and will include some general health questions.
• Damage/Security Deposit: Equivalent of one month's basic rent fee. This fee is refundable within 60 days after move-out. Fee will be refunded in full or in part depending on the condition of the apartment at move-out and time stayed in the apartment. A cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be assessed and will be taken from the deposit when returned.

A La Carte Menu for Care

If your loved one needs additional care on a regular basis, a nursing assessment will be done. You only pay for the care needed and given. In addition, we offer several optional add-ons to enhance living at Elk Run.

Respite Stay

Respite stays are provided at $4200 per 14 days minimum. ($300 for every additional day) This includes your room, board, level of care, phone, cable, and furnishings. It is intended for those who need a short stay.
