Room Rates
Our room rates vary depending on room choice. Typically, our room rates start at $3795.
Level of Care
For our assisted living area, our residents have what is called a Level of Care. We determine the level of care by completing an assessment that is on a point system that scores them in their Level of Care.
- Level 0: $0
- Level 1: $400
- Level 2: $600
- Level 3: $800 (Highest Level of Care)
This charge would be a monthly charge.
Senior Living Pendant
Our residents in Senior Living wear a pendant that if they press the pendant it alerts our staff to come check on the resident. To purchase the pendant it is a one time fee of $125.
Included Services
Cable is included.
Our residents are provided 3 meals a day, 2 snacks a day, activities, transportation (on Tuesdays & Thursdays), Housekeeping, Laundry, and medication management.
Memory Care
We do have a memory care wing, that is an all inclusive price of $5295.
Community Fee
We have a $2000 community fee. (One time fee) VETERANS DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
Pet Policy
We do allow pets at the facility if the resident would be able to 100% care for the animal with no assistance. We have a non refundable $500 pet deposit, and also it is $75/ month pet fee.

Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Resident Assistants are usually a CNA or trained on the job. They are required a certain amount of continued education hours that we provide at the facility. We have a full housekeeping staff that makes sure our facility is clean and laundry is done. We have a registered nurse that acts as our wellness director and oversees all care in the facility.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have our in-house therapy program, Legacy- who has a Smile Program, that assists our residents in transitioning into a facility.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do offer transportation to doctor appointments on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have assigned seating dining experience so that our residents can sit with their friends. Our residents have the option of choosing their entrée for the meal. We serve their drinks, food, & dessert to them at their table.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
When a resident has a complaint, we fill out a grievance form and follow the appropriate steps to see that the complaint is investigated and addressed in that particular department.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have a very open line of communication with our families at Augusta Gardens. Our more active families will come to the building to visit their family members, and we will communicate anything we need to when we see them. When a family member moves in—we let the family know the appropriate steps to take to communicate with us! We also host care plan meetings for families to go over the Resident’s plan of care.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Our respite stays are $175/night. Our respite stays in memory care are $225/night.
Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We do not have a waitlist for our senior living side. We do have a waitlist for our memory care unit.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Our preferred pharmacy comes to provide these vaccinations.
Are residents able to age in place?
Unlike many of our communities in the area, we are able to age in place in this community. If someone is to lose their mobility, we will apply for a waiver with the fire department, that will allow them to age in place.
