Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility boasts a comprehensive management team, including a Registered Nurse and two Licensed Practical Nurses. All care staff hold at least Community-Based Residential Facility certification and undergo a rigorous week-long training program, which includes hands-on experience and specialized dementia training.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our residents, we implement wellness checks every 2 hours. Our community is secured with alarmed doors to prevent unauthorized exits. Additionally, residents may be provided with a call pendant for immediate assistance when needed.

Support Services for New Residents

We provide extra Tender Loving Care (TLC) to new residents to facilitate a smooth transition into our community. This includes increased checks and the involvement of our "Welcome committee" to help new residents feel at home and make new friends.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents within a 10-mile radius.

Dining Experience

Our residents enjoy chef-made meals three times a day, including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Snacks are also available throughout the day.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our Executive Director maintains an open-door policy, allowing residents and their families to voice any concerns or issues. These are thoroughly investigated, and feedback is provided to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.

We keep Powers of Attorneys informed about any changes in health status. Additionally, we hold scheduled care plan meetings within the first 30 days and every six months or upon a change in condition. General community updates are communicated via email by the Executive Director.
