Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

You are able to file a complaint through your resident portal or contact the office. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cost of Living

The pricing and availability on our website is updated daily! Utilities are separate, not included in rent, and there is a separate $15 trash chute fee.

Policy on Communication with Residents’ Families

We are senior independent living. We do not communicate the well-being of our residents to families unless they call in a wellness check. For disclosing information about the resident, we would also need you to fill out a form giving us permission to speak with specific family members about your residency.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer lease terms from 3 months to 15 months. Typically, the shorter the lease, the more expensive the rent. Rent price will vary based on apartment, move-in date, and lease terms.

Pet-Friendly Community

We're very pet friendly!

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We don't give vaccines.

Aging in Place

We allow residents to stay as long as they'd like and as long as they're able to make rental payments! We do not currently have a waitlist.
