Welcome to Our Independent Living Community

We have management, sales, activities, reception, dining, and kitchen staff. As an Independent Living community, we take annual trainings on a variety of subjects and specialties.

Emergency Call Device

All residents are given a great call device, upon move in. This is to be used in the case of an emergency 24/7. Our staff is in the community from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, available to assist residents with questions, concerns, and needs. If a resident uses their device in the community, during business hours, a management staff member will be with the resident until the appropriate first responders arrive.

Discovery Program

To assist with new residents' transitions into our community, we have what we call “Discovery.” Upon move in, one of our activities staff members will meet with you and spend some one-on-one time, getting to know you, and asking questions about who you are, where you came from, your hobbies/interests, etc; in an effort to introduce you to other residents with common interests.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Complaints/issues are addressed on a case-to-case basis. A resident is welcome to stop by our offices, call, or email us to notify us of any problems residents may be experiencing.

Apartment Availability and Pricing

We currently have 1 & 2 bedroom apartments starting as low as $3019.

Communication with Families

We would notify the designated party to communicate any concerns, and families are encouraged to communicate to our team as well.

Lease Terms

The shortest term we are able to offer would be a 6 month and 1 day. And the price would be based upon apartment monthly rent.

Pet Policy

Yes, we love our 4-legged roommates. As long as the pet’s needs are able to be met by the resident.

Waitlist Information

We do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Program

We have arranged for flu and Covid vaccinations to be done within the community, in the past. However, we do not have further vaccinations scheduled, at this time.

Our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are designed for comfort and convenience, featuring full kitchens and walk-in closets.
