Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

No, we do not.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have directors as follows: maintenance, housekeeping, assisted living, memory care, executive director, assistant executive director, culinary, programming/activities, resident relations director, aides, and med-techs. All our employees/directors have had background checks and fingerprinted. All employees/directors are required to do online training/testing at Atria University - courses in all aspects of senior living. We need to do this quarterly.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have emergency pull tags in the apartments, residents get a life alert as well. We have 24-hour concierge. We have cameras all around our property and in all common areas. Our directors continuously walk around the community and there are eyes on residents throughout the community. We are built on a hill away from the main road. There is no through traffic as we are on a cul-de-sac. The police and paramedics are less than a mile down the road. Our front door locks at 7 pm.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Yes, all our directors meet with all incoming residents, we go over our welcome package and every resident on day 1 is assigned a resident ambassador. This person has commonality with the incoming resident. They will have meals together, go to activities together, and will be introduced to other residents.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, it's part of the rent, 15-mile radius to doctors and 12-mile radius for anything else.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day and it's part of the rent. It is restaurant style with servers and a dining hall manager. We offer two menus every day. Also, we have a happy hour every day except Sunday before dinner with wine, beer, and hors d'oeuvres.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Our residents are always engaging with the directors, our concierge help our resident with setting up car services, maintenance issues, and all other issues. We have a resident/executive director meeting once a month with a formal resident council. We discuss the needs and wants of our residents.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Families are always welcome to reach out to our executive director at any time. Also, we have an online app for our families. All families are welcome to visit at any time.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we do, our respite fee in Independent living is $199/per day and in Assisted living it's $329/per day - minimum stay is 30 days.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we have pharmacies that come in and schedule appointments. Also, our car service that is included in the rent will bring residents to doctors within a 15-mile radius.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, we have independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
