Dining Experience

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Our Harvest Dining is a dining program designed to provide residents with delicious, nutritious meals in a welcoming and comfortable setting. The program features three delicious meals per day. Our residents enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by skilled chefs. Our dining staff can accommodate various dietary needs, including allergies, intolerances, and restrictions. We would love to have you join us for a meal. It’s our treat!

Complaint or Issue Resolution

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Our Executive Director is committed to open communication. We believe in transparency and collaboration. Our Executive Director is always available to listen and address resident and family needs.

Cost of Living

What is the cost of living in your community? We understand that every resident's needs are unique. Our pricing is designed to reflect your specific requirements for apartment type, personal care, and medication management. Let's discuss your individual needs and explore the pricing options available.

Communication with Families

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? We schedule monthly Zoom family meetings for general updates and questions; we directly call families for important health & welfare updates for their loved ones.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Yes, based upon availability. We are currently offering a special respite rate of $175 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Are you all a pet-friendly community? We believe pets are part of the family. Small dogs and cats are welcome here, and we have policies in place to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.

Do you guys currently have a waitlist? We currently have a waitlist for select apartment types. Which type of apartment you're interested in?

Vaccination Availability

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes. Our on-site flu and COVID-19 clinics make it easy for residents to stay up-to-date on their vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Are residents able to age in place? Our community provides comprehensive memory care (should it ever be needed) and collaborates with external resources to ensure residents receive the care they need, allowing many to remain in their familiar surroundings as they age.
