Overview of Staff Professionals and Training
Our facility employs professionals at all levels, including LPNs in our wellness staff. Each staff member undergoes monthly trainings to ensure they are updated on the latest protocols and skills necessary for their roles.Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by fingerprinting and conducting background checks on all staff members before onboarding. Each resident wears a life alert pendant for emergencies and the front desk is staffed until 7 PM. Staff trainings include emergency protocols and evacuation procedures.Support Services for Resident Transition
To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer escort services for meals during the first two weeks. Our case manager conducts an orientation with new residents on their first day.Transportation Services
We offer limited transportation for local medical appointments with advanced notice. Additionally, our activities director organizes trips for shopping and events.Dining Experience
We provide a restaurant-style dining experience with multiple daily specials and an everyday menu to choose from.Complaint and Issue Resolution Process
