• Personal Care: This option is designed for residents who require assistance with daily activities. Personal care includes 24/7 staffing with nurses and aides, tailored to each resident's care plan.
• Memory Care: Specialized care and support for residents with memory impairments, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Atria Cranberry Woods, with a one-time fee, provided that the resident can take care of their pet independently.

For safety, independent living residents can opt for a pendant that alerts the front desk in case of emergencies, while personal care residents have pendants that directly notify the staff.

Health Services

Atria Cranberry Woods facilitates flu shots within the building and organizes transportation for residents to receive COVID vaccines and other types of vaccines as needed.

Addressing Concerns and Complaints

Residents can voice their concerns directly to the front desk or management, who will address any issues promptly. The community does not employ social workers but ensures that management is accessible for any complaints.
