Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with dedicated care professionals, including our own care staff and 1 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who oversees the care of all residents. Our staff undergoes comprehensive training to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented a call button system and pull cords in the bathrooms of all apartments.

Transition Support Services

We offer onsite physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy (ST) to aid residents in their transition into the community.

Transportation Services

Yes, we provide transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes scheduled dining times at our restaurants. All residents receive three meals a day, in addition to access to our cafe/bistro.

Addressing Resident Complaints

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, they can talk to a Director or bring it up to the Resident Council.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community starts at $3,895 and goes up to $12,195.

Communication with Residents' Families

A newsletter is sent out to residents and their families to keep them informed. In the event of any change in a resident's condition, a nurse or staff member will reach out directly.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. The cost ranges from $265 to $480.
