Independent living starts at $2995 per month for a 1 bedroom and $3695 for a 2 bedroom, with an additional charge of $225 for a second person. The package includes:

• 1 meal a day at lunchtime

• Storage locker
• Heated underground parking

Assisted Living Costs

Base rate for assisted living starts at $4795 per month with a second person charge of $1020. Base level care includes:

• 7 hours of care per week
• 3 meals a day
• Housekeeping weekly
• Laundry weekly
• Daily activities and outings
• An emergency call button with 24/7 access to our staff
• Heat, water, electric, and cable

There are 3 additional levels of care as follows:

• 7-14 hours of care: $500
• 14-21 hours of care: $900
• 21-28 hours of care: $1300

Enhanced Care

For those exceeding 28 hours of care in Assisted Living, enhanced care starts at $5595 per month with a second person charge of $1500. Enhanced care includes all of the above plus:

• Med management
• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• 2 hour checks
• Incontinence products and paper products
