Overview of Staff and Training
We have STNA's, CNA's (Nursing assistants), Med Passers, LPN's, and our Wellness Director is an RN. We have two Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) on our team. Our staff undergo training in Memory Care as well.
Measures for Ensuring Residents' Safety and Well-being
Our memory care unit is a secured unit. We conduct 2-hour checks around the clock. We also perform monthly fire, tornado, and elopement drills. Residents are required to sign out when they leave.
Resources and Support Services for Residents' Transition
Our Executive Director (ED) is available to assist with transitions of residents into the community.
Transportation Services
We do not offer transportation services at this time.
Dining Experience
Our menu is created by our Chef in collaboration with our dietitian and with input from residents. We offer a main meal with multiple options for those who do not want the main meal. We have a food committee comprising residents and the Chef. We provide three meals and snacks throughout the day, including a hydration station. We always have a soup of the day made from scratch.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
We have a resident council that holds monthly meetings. Our ED has an open-door policy for residents and family members to discuss any concerns.
Cost of Living
For Assisted Living (AL), it starts at $3744/month with three levels of care available if needed (additional $500, $1000, or $1500), which would be determined by the Wellness Director. Our Memory Care (MC) starts at $5748/month with one level of care available for an additional $1000, as determined by an assessment.
Communication with Residents' Families
We schedule quarterly care conferences and call or email family members to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays with a minimum duration of 2 weeks. The cost depends on whether the stay is in AL or MC, as they have different prices.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community. Pets are allowed to visit, and small pets can move in with residents in the AL section, provided the resident can care for them. Pets can visit all areas of the building.

Vaccinations
During the start of the flu season, our pharmacy conducts a flu clinic on-site for both staff and residents.
