Companion rate $1000

*Monthly fee. Companion is the approved second person living in the apartment with the primary renter.

Senior enhancement fee $395

*This fee may become necessary for proper care. When determined necessary, charges for supplementary services shall be applied to the monthly rent agreement by the Executive Director.
