Overview of Staff and Training

Our community is dedicated to memory care, ensuring all staff undergo Alzheimer's and dementia specific training. This includes learning techniques such as redirection and de-escalation. Our team comprises Certified Nursing Aids, Certified Medication Technicians, Nurses, Activity Assistants, House Keepers, and a culinary team led by an Executive Chef.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety of our residents, all exterior doors have key codes accessible only to staff, with secondary gates or doors for added security. Visitors must sign in and out, and motion sensors in resident rooms alert staff to any movement at night. Emergency pull cords are installed throughout the facility.

Transition Support Services

We offer a variety of support services to aid residents' transition into our community, including monthly support groups for families of current and former residents.

Transportation and In-House Services

While we do not offer personal transportation, we provide outings and have numerous in-house services including medical care, therapy, and beauty services to meet the needs of our residents without them having to leave the community.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features assigned seating, an Executive Chef-curated menu, flexible meal times, and accommodations for dietary restrictions. An always available menu and snack cart ensure all residents' preferences are met.

Complaints or issues are addressed through meetings with relevant department managers, our Executive Director, the resident, and their family to find a satisfactory solution.

Cost of Living

Living costs vary by suite type, with additional charges for incontinence care and enhanced care as needed. A one-time community fee is required, with monthly payments drafted automatically.

We maintain open communication with residents' families through open visitation, direct contact with staff, and weekly check-in calls to keep families informed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a two-week minimum at a rate of $250 per day.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly for visitation, with regular visits from local rescue cats and a therapy dog, though residents cannot keep pets.

Currently, we do not have a waitlist for new residents.

Vaccination Policy

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, with consent from their power of attorney.
