Accommodation Options

Assisted Living Care Levels

Pet Policy

The community is pet-friendly, allowing residents to bring their beloved animal companions with them. Restrictions apply to the size of pets, with a preference for smaller dogs or cats.

Moving Assistance

While the community staff may assist with internal moves within the building, residents are generally expected to arrange their own movers for moving into the community.

Transportation Services

The community provides a bus for resident outings, which operates twice a week. This service is free of charge and typically used for shopping trips to local stores such as Target, Walmart, and Jewel. The bus is not used for medical appointments.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy an open dining area with three meals provided daily. The dining hours are as follows:

• Breakfast: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Dinner: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

The community does not manage specific dietary restrictions; residents with particular dietary needs may require long-term care services.

Staffing and Care

The community employs a team of nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care to residents. However, as this is a senior living community catering to high-functioning residents, the staffing ratio is not as intensive as in long-term care facilities. CNAs perform rounds and check on residents typically twice a day.
