Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Not at the moment.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
We are between $9,000 - $11,000 depending on what the resident's needs are.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have 24/7 nursing staff and our caregivers who are HHA and CNA. Our whole team goes through monthly training.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Safety is always so important and that is why we have nurses 24/7 and also caregivers and we staff appropriately for the number of residents.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Nicole is our Artis Way Director, and her position is the transition specialist so not only does she assist with the resident having a smooth transition she also assists with the family.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
At this time, we do not but we have our medical team here which includes geriatricians, podiatrist and psych.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have 4 different neighborhoods, and each one has their own dining room which is great because there will only be 16-20 residents eating in one area and that lets the caregivers monitor how they are eating and see if there are changes.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We do a monthly Town Hall where the residents can let us know if they have any complaints or anything needed. But anytime a resident has a problem or complaint we will take care of that right away with the appropriate department.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Nicole will email pictures and updates on how they are doing on a regular basis and nursing will reach out with anything medical. Family can call anytime and speak with Nicole or nursing.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer respite, and this is $500 a day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, families can bring their pets in anytime. Cats are allowed to live here as long as someone comes daily to care for it.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. Depending on what is needed we can assist families with outside services such as Hospice and Palliative care.
