Overview of Our Senior Independent Living Property

Our property is designed for seniors who are looking for an active, independent living environment. We offer units for lease with optional additional services, ensuring that our residents have the freedom to choose how they live their lives.

Professional Staff and Training

Our maintenance team is fully licensed to perform all necessary work, including AC repairs, ensuring that our facilities are always in top condition for our residents.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have sprinkler systems in every unit and throughout the halls, fire extinguishers in units and in halls, and an emergency phone by the pool area.

Transition Support Services

New residents are provided with a move-in packet that answers the most frequently asked questions, helping them transition smoothly into our community.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services. Residents are welcome to arrange their own transportation as needed.

Dining Experience

Our building houses a restaurant that is optional for residents. They can dine at their convenience and either pay at the end of their meal or opt for a monthly meal plan directly with the restaurant.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can speak to staff at any time with their complaints or issues, and we will accommodate them as best as we can.

Cost of Living

Rent for one-bedroom units starts at $1,300 and goes up to $1,965, while two-bedroom units range from $1,759 to $2,545. This does not include an additional $81 for utilities, water (billed based on usage), electric, and renters insurance, which are additional costs handled by the resident.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated through mass emails about any information or news regarding the property. In emergencies, we contact the emergency contact directly.

Short-term or Respite Stays

The shortest lease term we offer is 6 months, with pricing dependent on unit selection.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, with a one-time pet fee of $500 and a monthly pet rent of $15 per pet, with a 2 pet minimum.

Vaccination Services

We do not provide Covid vaccination or flu vaccination services.

Aging in Place

As an active independent living property, we require residents who need assisted living to arrange for their move out with a 60-day notice. Currently, there is no waitlist!
