Overview of Our Staff and Their Training
Our Care team consists of Caregivers, Nurses (LPN’s), and medical technicians. All of our caregivers are certified (PCA, CNA). Although not required by the state, we also have a Licensed Social Worker. In addition, we have a Physician (medical director), Geriatric psychiatrist, Dermatologist, Podiatrist, and Dentist who all come to our community to care for our residents. All of our staff receive specialized Dementia training to care for our residents.Safety and Well-being Measures
Our community is secured by two double doors that require a secure code to exit. In addition, our courtyard is secured by a 7-foot locked gate.Support Services for Transition into the Community
Yes, we have partnered with a personal care agency that provides one-on-one care for your loved one during their first few weeks of stay. In most cases, this is covered by your loved one’s Medicare insurance, saving on out-of-pocket expenses. In addition, your loved one’s assigned caregiver will be extra hands-on to ensure a smooth transition to the community. Before admission, we have you complete a Resident biography that helps us better understand the needs of your loved one. The care team utilizes this to make sure their experience is a positive one.Transportation Services
No, we do not offer transportation for medical appointments, however, we have a list of trusted transport companies that provide this service at a reasonable cost.Dining Experience
We have four cottages, with four separate dining areas, creating a more home-like experience while dining. I invite you to come in with your loved one and have lunch on us!Addressing Complaints or Issues
Residents can notify their caregiver or nurse, or any member of the leadership team. Our executive director has an open-door policy. If you would like to make an anonymous complaint, you are welcome to do so utilizing our suggestion box.Cost of Living

Arden Courts is the only assisted living provider recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association for our Dementia Care Training Program. Extensive professional memory care training is completed by every member of our team. Our Memory Care Advisor is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified Virtual Dementia Care Trainer (VDT). Our Program Services Coordinator is also a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP).
