ProMedica Highlights

• Standalone Memory Care Community nestled on 4 acres.
• Residents have freedom to exit independently though one of 12 doors on to a secured scenic trail with Gazebos, patio tables, benches, and chairs so they can enjoy the fresh outdoors from 10:00 am -7:00 pm. The staff is notified when a resident is outdoors so staff is aware and can check on them.
• Medical Doctor that sees residents on Wednesdays and his Nurse Practitioner comes every Sunday. Medical access twice a week.
• Psychiatric Doctor available if a resident is in need of psychiatric services.
• Nurses on site 24 hours a day.
• Nurses administer medication to residents.
• Activities throughout the day offered 7 days a week.
• Tender Heart Social Workers visit every Thursday from 9:30-10:30 billed to Medicare. This program is activity based and enjoyed by all that attend. One on One activities if needed.
• Family access to their loved one through private code to see loved ones during a day and time that works for each individual family member.
• Caring Staff employed by ProMedica care ratio 1:8 or less depending on occupancy. In addition; 2 nurses on staff for the morning shift, one for afternoon and one for midnight. Nurse on site 24 hours a day.
• Hourly checks on every resident including incontinence checks every hour for good hygiene practices.

Arden Courts Memory Care Community

Arden Courts Memory Care Community is located on 32500 Seven Mile Rd. caters to the special needs of individuals with memory loss. Staffed by specially trained caregivers, Arden Courts cares for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Our community features friendly common spaces, an inviting kitchen and family rooms and walking paths where we are nestled on 4 acres on a secured lot so residents can to out freely in the summer time to give them their independence.

Our campus layout includes four self-contained “houses” with community and outdoor living spaces allowing residents to move about in an environment designed to keep them safe. Each house has its own living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and laundry. Common areas shared by the houses include an activity and craft studio, barber and beauty salon, wellness center, secured backyard with a porch and expansive landscaped walking paths. We believe in a home-like environment where we can support the residents' independence with care and compassion.
