Availability and Staffing

At this time we do have availability. We have 1 caregiver for every 8 residents and a nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our staff has 8 hours of dementia training before they are allowed to interact with our residents and then monthly training as well.

All of our residents age in place and we understand that each resident's needs are unique to them. We provide person-centered care.

Pet Policy

Yes, we do allow pets to live here and many pets visit daily. At this time we do have availability.

With 57 Arden Courts locations across the nation, 25 years of experience, and a training curriculum recognized by the Alzheimer's Association, we take great pride in our leadership role in Memory Care. Our foundation is built upon five years of research, encompassing everything from the design of our facilities to our comprehensive 97 hours per week Engagement Programming. We understand the nuances of helping those with brain diseases thrive while preserving their dignity and independence in our secure community.

Our Unique Community Structure

Our community consists of four distinct wings, referred to as "houses," each oriented around an indoor courtyard where residents can move freely. These courtyards house our Community Center, Beauty and Barber Shop, Health Center, and Activities Studio. In each house, private bedrooms with half baths are complemented by a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. We also provide complete laundry services. Our landscaped grounds include a quarter-mile walkway and gardens for residents to enjoy, securely.
