Overview of Professionals and Training

We have a diverse team of professionals including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs, a dietitian, a social worker, and physical and occupational therapists. Our staff undergoes center-specific training upon hire and as needed for recertification.

Ensuring Safety and Well-being

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our facility is locked, meaning visitors cannot access without being given permission.

Support Services for Community Transition

The social worker and the activity director provide services needed to orient and assist the patient in adjusting to the facility.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services; however, staff can assist with securing transportation to appointments.

Dining Experience

The facility offers meal planning based on the individual's care plan and nutritional needs.

Complaint Resolution Process

The administrator serves as the compliance manager and ensures that all complaints are addressed accordingly.

Cost of Living

Our rates are $315 for a private room and $305 for a semi-private room.

Communication with Families

We hold quarterly care-plan meetings and additional meetings as needed with the resident and/or family to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer both services, and the prices are the same as listed above.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we welcome pets as long as they are updated on vaccinations.

Vaccination Services

Residents are able to get COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in the community in accordance with government guidelines.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. We also offer hospice services to aid the aging process and provide some guidance to families. At this time, we have availability.
