Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises dedicated professionals including an Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, Business Office Manager, Social Director, Maintenance Director, and Dining Services Director. Each director oversees their respective departments, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service. Our Dining Services Director manages the kitchen and dining experience, while our Social Director coordinates events and oversees the Concierge Team. The Maintenance Director is responsible for housekeeping, ensuring our facility is always in top condition.

We also collaborate with external partners to provide comprehensive care. Interim Healthcare offers 24/7 homecare services, Empower Me provides therapy services including Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy, and Lifesource offers Primary Care and Mental Health Services weekly. Additionally, a dermatologist visits monthly, enhancing our residents' convenience and health care options.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide safety pendants and have pull cords in bathrooms and bedrooms for emergencies. Our partnership with Interim Homecare allows residents to age in place securely.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

We facilitate the integration of new residents by matching them with others who share common interests, aiding their transition into our community.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services are available for doctor appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and for shopping excursions on Mondays and Fridays.

Dining Experience

We offer a unique dining experience where residents can enjoy meals based on their weekly menu selections. Our "flex" dining allows residents to dine at any time during meal hours and choose their seating.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to directly communicate any complaints or issues to me, the Executive Director. I am readily available and proactive in ensuring resident satisfaction.

Cost of Living

The cost for a one-bedroom apartment is $4295, and a two-bedroom apartment is $4595. This includes meals, utilities, transportation, and housekeeping services.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families, promptly addressing concerns and providing updates through emails, newsletters, and calendars.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at $175 per night, accommodating those in need of temporary care.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming small dogs and cats with a one-time pet fee of $500.

Vaccination Policy

While we do not host vaccination clinics, we assist residents in getting to their doctor's office for Covid and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Our goal is for residents to age in place, with services like hospice available for those who need them. We are currently 85% occupied and anticipate a waiting list soon.
