Overview on Types of Professionals on Staff and Their Training

We have a fulltime RN that delegates all staff, performs assessments on residents, and oversees the nursing functions at the community. All staff are under her supervision. We also have 24-hour caregivers. All caregivers undergo extensive training before working hands-on with residents.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Residents

All residents have a care plan that is created and monitored by our Health and Wellness Director.

Resources or Support Services for Residents' Transition

Yes, we care for residents on a case-by-case basis, according to their personal needs. We provide extra activities and/or support upon move-in.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining. We take the orders of all residents and serve directly to their table. They have a main course for every meal but can also choose to order off our anytime menu. Additionally, we have a salad bar available at lunch and supper meals.

Process for Handling Resident Complaints or Issues

Residents are welcome to bring forward complaints at any time. We also hold monthly resident meetings where all residents meet with our administrator to discuss any grievances.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We have our nurse or administrator call the family directly for any falls, healthcare changes, emergencies, etc.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do offer month-to-month stays for short-term stays. We do not have a respite program in place at this time.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, we have a traveling Nurse Practitioner that visits regularly.

Aging in Place

Yes. We do not have a nursing home, but we try to keep all residents until the end of life with hospice services. We do not currently have a waitlist! We currently have studio and one-bedroom apartments available.
