Most of our patients come from a hospital stay where initially they start out using their Medicare, Insurance, or Medicaid.

Private Pay Rates

Private pay rates are $340/day for a semi-private room or $350/day for a private room.

Nursing Department

Our nursing department is made up of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, all of whom are licensed.

Safety Measures and Resident Well-being

Safety measures and well-being are managed by our nursing department. Safety is customized for each resident based on their needs. We offer lowered beds with mats as they are our most common concern. Please provide more information about your specific concerns for a more detailed response.

Social Services Department

Our social services department collaborates with home health agencies to ensure a smooth transition home and that all necessary equipment is delivered before discharge.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for necessary medical appointments for residents.

Dining Options

We have an open dining area for meal services. Residents have the option to dine in their rooms as well. There is a set daily menu, but alternatives are available.

Complaint Procedure

If a complaint is issued, a Concern Form is written up and delivered to both our Administrator and the appropriate Department Head.

Family Communication

We update families whenever they call and also schedule care plans with them.

We offer short-term rehab stays, respite stays, and long-term care. Most residents are covered under Medicare, Insurance, or Medicaid. Private payment is $340/day for a semi-private room.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, but pets must be up to date with their shots, and the records must be brought during visits.

Yes, we provide vaccinations.

Long-term Stay Availability

Yes, residents can stay with us long-term. We currently have open beds available.
