Overview of Our Staff
All of our staff is licensed by the state of Indiana. Additionally, we require our staff to undergo monthly in-services and online classes to ensure the quality of our staff and the safety of our residents.Safety and Well-being of Residents
The safety and well-being of our residents come first. We have numerous measures to ensure staff and resident safety, from locked doors, checks by nurses, call lights in every room, safety checks, and monthly inspections of maintenance items.Transition Support Services
We have a full-time social worker, who must be licensed in social work and have a degree. We bring in outside support services if a particular resident needs additional support. We also have a full-time activity staff who encourages residents to participate in activities, with an activity calendar provided in every room.Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for residents. Our bus is equipped with a lift for those unable to walk.Dining Experience
We offer three meals a day plus snacks throughout the day. Alternatives to the meals are available if the resident does not like what is being served. We encourage dining room participation but meals can be taken to the resident's room.Complaint and Issue Resolution Process
Residents can inform any staff member about a complaint. Depending on the complaint, the appropriate department manager will address it and ensure it is resolved.Cost of Living
The cost varies based on insurance and whether the patient needs a skilled nursing stay, long-term care, or assisted living.Communication with Families
