Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a variety of professionals across several departments, including the business office, culinary, health and wellness, and activities. Each department is overseen by dedicated heads who manage their respective teams. All employees are required to complete continuous education courses through Relias Learning, covering a range of topics pertinent to senior care and interaction.

The health and wellness team is comprised of an LVN, caregivers, and medication techs, all of whom are committed to providing the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with 24/7 on-site staff. Assisted living residents are equipped with pendants to request assistance as needed. Additionally, our assisted living and memory care building is equipped with a generator to maintain power during outages.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents in transitioning into our community, we have a welcome committee made up of current residents. New residents fill out a welcome committee form to share their interests and preferences, which helps us match them with an existing resident who can guide them during their initial days.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are available for our residents from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 3pm, specifically for medical appointments. We require a 48-hour notice to accommodate transportation needs.

Dining Experience

Independent living residents select two meals a day, while assisted living and memory care residents receive three meals daily. Our menu offers a wide array of choices, including daily specials, and meals are served with restaurant-style service. Our kitchen prepares meals to order, rather than in batches.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can arrange a meeting with our Executive Director through the concierge.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community starts at $3,800/month for Independent Living (IL), $5,250/month for Assisted Living (AL), and $7,650/month for Memory Care (MC).

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed about community happenings and their loved ones' well-being through regular email updates. Our Director of Health and Wellness and Executive Director also provide their personal cell phone numbers for direct contact when needed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays in Assisted Living and Memory Care with a minimum of 30 days. The cost varies depending on the apartment and level of care required.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with a one-time pet fee of $500.

Waitlist Information

We do not currently have a waitlist for our community.
