Dining Room Hours

We have an open style dining room that is open from 7am to 7pm.

Staff and Training

Our staff includes caregivers, nurses, and med technicians. We also have a salon with a beautician for hair and nails (outside source), a visiting podiatrist, physicians, and a mobile dentist. Training for our staff is ongoing every month.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our doors lock every night at 8pm and open at 8am to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Transition Support Services

We are all here to support the move-in process for new residents.

Transportation Services

Transportation within a 10-mile radius is provided in our van or bus.

Resident Concerns and Complaints

We have a monthly resident council meeting and an open door policy, allowing residents to voice opinions at any time to the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community depends on the apartment choice: studios start at $5349, one-bedroom starts at $6249, and two-bedroom at $7699. There are also care costs depending on the services needed.

Communication with Families

We maintain an open door policy and provide an app for families to stay updated on activities and their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer 2-week or longer respite stays at a daily rate based on the available room.

We currently have a waitlist only for studios.

Vaccinations

We offer flu and COVID-19 vaccines once a year for residents.
