Pricing Information

Pricing depends on the type of apartment and what (if any) kind of care the resident will need.

Starting Rates

It starts at around $2,900 for an Independent Living Studio apartment, which includes dinner and a continental breakfast, activities, all utilities, cable TV, wifi, and other amenities.

Overview of Staff and Training

We have a dedicated team consisting of nurses, CNAs (licensed caregivers), and QMAs (medication administrators). All staff members undergo extensive training within our community, covering essential areas such as dementia care, resident rights, senior abuse prevention, and emergency procedures. This is in addition to the specific training and certifications required for their respective designations.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement extensive training for all staff, conduct ongoing emergency procedure drills, and employ video security. We also have front desk sign-ins and locked doors, with the exception of the main entrance. Each individual apartment also features locked doors. We have many additional measures in place that we would be happy to discuss with you.

Our community wins numerous awards for its culinary experience, as we hire only the best chefs and prepare everything from scratch.

Resident Complaint Process

Our Executive Director focuses on resident and family satisfaction and is highly skilled in addressing any issues. If an issue cannot be resolved by our staff, the Executive Director will personally handle it. He brings many years of experience in senior living and has worked in various roles within our company.

Communication with Families

We maintain ongoing dialogue with our team, conduct care plan reviews, and ensure continuous communication with residents' families to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum duration of 30 days. The cost depends on the level of care required, which our Wellness team will assess. More details can be provided during a conversation.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, with some guidelines in place.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can get COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within our community.

Aging in Place

Our goal is to enable residents to age in place, staying with us until the end of life. If a resident's care needs exceed our scope, we will assist in their transition to a more suitable facility. We have waiting lists for certain floor plans but generally have availability in most sections of our community.
