Overview of Professionals and Training
Our team comprises caregivers with a minimum of 4 years of experience in addressing the specific needs of their clients in the clients' homes. Most of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants or Geriatric Nursing Assistants. We conduct quarterly training sessions for our caregivers to ensure they maintain and update their education, and we provide support in the clients' homes when needed.Safety and Well-being Measures
As an in-home care agency, we assess clients' homes to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers. This assessment includes identifying trip hazards, evaluating safety measures, and considering overall living conditions. Caregivers complete daily health surveys to confirm they are in good health and capable of delivering quality care. A Registered Nurse visits clients upon the request of services and then every 90-120 days subsequently to ensure that the care plans align with the clients' needs.Support Services for Community Transition
Our caregivers assist clients with appointments, errands, community events, and personal outings to foster peer engagement.Dining Experience
Caregivers prepare meals with or for a client, depending on the client's ability to assist in cooking. Some clients prefer caregivers to dine with them, while others may opt for companionship and conversation during meals. Additionally, clients may choose to have lunches at restaurants rather than dining at home.Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues
Clients can contact our office to discuss complaints, requests, or positive feedback. Clients have the liberty to choose their caregivers and schedule their visits.Communication with Residents' Families
A communication folder is provided to each client, inclusive of their Care Plan, Rights and Responsibilities, and a welcome letter. Caregivers document daily care and events in the folder for the family or other caregivers to review. Our office keeps clients informed about scheduled caregivers and any changes due to caregiver unavailability. Our Registered Nurse makes regular visits to ensure care plans meet clients' needs.Short-term or Respite Stays and Costs
We provide services with a minimum of 4 hours per week in a single shift, with up to 24-hour care available as needed. Charges are $32 per hour for individual care and $38 per hour for care by one caregiver for two people.Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Clients live in their homes and may have pets as they wish. Caregiver selection considers the presence of animal companions to ensure appropriate client care.Waitlist Status
Once the in-home assessment is complete, services can begin within a week of receiving the requested schedule, pending the client's decision on weekly care days and times.Vaccination Availability
As clients reside in their homes, vaccinations are not mandatory. Clients can request caregivers to wear masks unless a local government mandate is in place.Aging in Place
We focus on enabling clients to age safely at home, adjusting care as needed to enhance their quality of life. Care Plans and caregiver assignments are adaptable to meet growing client needs. Our Registered Nurses do not diagnose or treat illnesses but facilitate care adjustments for clients wishing to age in place. Our Services
Our services include non-medical care in the home setting. Our experienced caregivers are matched to our clients based on the unique required skills and personality to assist clients compassionately with various daily needs.
