Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Yes, we do.

Could you share pricing and any other general information? I will email you our newsletter and brochure (the prices are noted here).

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? Caregivers are the ones who take care in assisting residents with their activities of daily living. Most of them are already experienced and have caregiver training.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We are not a nursing home. We have call light systems where a resident can turn it on and a caregiver will respond and go to their room to respond to their needs.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Home Health usually follows the residents if they need it especially if they just got discharged from the hospital or nursing home. The administrator upon admission will give the resident an orientation about the facility services and accommodations.

Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, we do within a five-mile radius of the facility.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We have a weekly calendar of the menus served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also have a salad bar for lunch and soup for dinner. The kitchen offers substitutes to those who do not like what is being served for that day/meal.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? They go to the administrator to report the issues/complaints. The administrator will address it.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? When there is a change in condition or any issues/concerns related to the resident, we notify the family immediately. We have an open-door policy; you can call the administrator or your loved one can call the administrator.

How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Same as above.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? No, we do not.

Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes, we are. We charge $50/month.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.

Are residents able to age in place? Yes, they are. They can make their room look like the one they have in their own house.
