We are a Skilled Nursing facility offering short term rehabilitation and Long Term Care. Our services are designed to cater to individuals who require professional nursing care and rehabilitation services.

Skilled Nursing Rehab Care

Skilled Nursing Rehab care is for people who have been in the hospital and require short term rehabilitation post hospital stay. This service is typically paid by Medicare, with most plans covering 100% for days 1-20. Depending on the insurance, there may be a copay starting day 21. We offer a range of therapies including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, alongside Nursing Care 24 hours a day.

Long Term Care

For individuals who are no longer able to be at home without nursing care, we offer Long Term Care. This requires a medical necessity, and medical records are needed to determine this necessity. It's important to note that Long Term Care is not covered by Medicare. Instead, it can be paid for through nursing home Medicaid or private pay. There are specific documents required to screen if a patient would qualify for nursing home Medicaid.
