Overview of Staff and Training

Our Assisted Living facility is staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). We also have a dedicated Clinical Director, Activity Director, Memory Care Coordinator, Housekeeping, and Maintenance staff. Our Long-Term Care Social Services Director, and Director of Nursing are always available for consultation. All staff undergo a specific orientation upon hire, which includes 8 hours of dementia training. Additionally, our staff completes monthly continuing education hours (Relias).

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our residents are required to sign in and out upon leaving the community to ensure we can always account for their whereabouts. Each resident is given an emergency response device (pendant) to wear and use as needed, in addition to their customized care plan. Care plan meetings/assessments are conducted to ensure we are meeting each resident’s physical, social, psychological, and religious needs.

Transition Support Services

We offer a Smart Solutions program to aid residents' transition into the community. Details are provided in the attached flyer.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are available for doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and for outings through our activity program on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Dining Experience

Our residents enjoy 3 meals daily in our restaurant-style dining room. They have a menu with 2 daily options to choose from, which changes daily. An alternate menu is also available. We offer a spring/summer and fall/winter menu.

Resident Grievance Process

Our grievance process includes open door communication, email, and follow-through to address any complaints or issues.

Communication with Residents' Families

Care plan meetings with our Clinical Director are always available upon request. The Clinical Director maintains an open-door policy and regularly communicates with families via phone, email, or in person. In case of emergencies, the floor staff is trained to call the first emergency contact listed to provide updates.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer both short-term leases and respite stays. Short-term leases have a 5% monthly premium on the rent. Furnished respite stays are available for a minimum of 30 days at a cost of $145/day (all-inclusive care).

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500.

Waitlist Information

We currently have studio availability and will have a 1-bedroom coming available soon.

Vaccination Services

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. We are a full continuum retirement facility offering every service line needed for the aging process. We also allow additional support (i.e., home health, therapy, hospice, etc.) if needed.
