24-Hour Staffing for Resident Safety and Well-being
We have staff available 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Upon move-in, residents are provided with a life alert button that is monitored around the clock.
Welcoming New Residents
Our management team and resident care staff assist new residents in transitioning to our community. We offer a resident orientation and have a resident ambassador who meets all new residents to help them settle in.
Scheduled Transportation Services
We offer scheduled transportation services Monday through Thursday from 8am-2pm for appointments and shopping in the Dade City and Zephyrhills area.
Restaurant-Style Dining
Our dining services include restaurant-style dining with a main option for daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), along with alternative options such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chef salad, crab salad, tuna salad, cottage cheese plate, and a homemade soup of the day.
Addressing Resident Concerns
Depending on the concern, our front desk receptionist will direct you to the manager in charge of the area of concern. Residents have direct access to staff to address any concerns they may have.
Wellness Department and Family Communication
Our Wellness department will reach out to family members if there is any change in health or a medical emergency. Families are also welcome to reach out directly to us with questions. Upon move-in, direct contact numbers and emails for our entire management team are provided.
Vaccination Clinics and Transportation
We have offered flu and COVID vaccination clinics in-house. Additionally, we offer transportation to local CVS/Walgreens for vaccinations if there is not an upcoming clinic scheduled.
Levels of Care and Housing Options
We offer different levels of care to assist our residents to age in place. While we are not a skilled nursing facility, we can assist with medication management, bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and transfers (up to a two-person assist). Hospice services are also available if needed. We currently have a waiting list for one and two-bedroom apartments but do have studio apartments available, though availability can change frequently.
